Our client are a leading national player in the construction and fit out/refurbishment of high end hospitality projects. They are a turnkey business offering consultancy and project delivery services, from inception to completion. With a strong top tier Sydney team, the business are going from strength to strength, winning projects from $50-50M. Due to project wins and consistent success based on excellent management, superb business culture, and a industry recognised end product, they are looking to appoint a PM to join the team and undeniably grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments and prepare scope of works, estimates and/or quotes
• Prepare detailed reports
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, staying within scope and budget
• Allocate resources and ensure availability
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Make key decisions regarding project progress and resolution of challenges
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate with customers and trades regarding repairs and project progress
• Apply technical knowledge to improve repair methods
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain their reputation
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

Ideal applicants will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role (PM in fit out - preferably hospitality, commercial, or luxury residential) is advantageous
• Willingness to embrace new systems and contribute to business growth
• Valid open manual driver’s license
• Flexibility to work some weekends and outside regular hours
• A background in restoration or trades is highly regarded, although we provide full training and mentoring
