The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Part-Time Property and Data Researcher to support our development initiatives. This role involves conducting property market research. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property/Land Research:

Conduct research on property and land opportunities.

Track off-plan sales information and properties on the market through email and phone inquiries.

• Data Collection & Analysis:

Monitor and document newly listed properties.

• Developments Tracking:

Track and document new development approvals.

Maintain a comprehensive database and update weekly reports.

• Reporting:

Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports.

Ensure data accuracy and provide insights based on research findings.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with property agents, developers , and other stakeholders

• Attention to Detail:

Strong ability to gather, verify and report market data accurately.

• Organizational Skills:

Excellent time management to meet weekly reporting deadlines in a remote work environment.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using MS Office.

• Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Australian property market is preferred but not essential.

• Working Hours:

This is a part-time role starting from 1 day per week.
