About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and take charge of expanding our market presence in the fire protection and industrial coatings industries. If you have a passion for developing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets, this could be the perfect role for you!

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting the passive fire protection and industrial coatings sectors.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, manufacturing and infrastructure industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels including networking, industry events, and digital outreach via our lead generation marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations from start to finish.

About you

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the passive fire protection or industrial coatings industries (or a related field).
• A strong network of contacts and a proven track record in driving sales and market expansion.
• Solid knowledge of fire protection standards, coating specifications, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while contributing to a collaborative team.
