About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a CNC Assistant/Labourer to support our CNC machining operations and general workshop tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in manufacturing, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. No prior CNC experience is required, but mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operation of CNC machines, including loading and unloading materials
• Perform general labouring tasks, such as material handling and workshop cleaning
• Measure and inspect components for accuracy and quality control
• Support tradespeople and machinists as required
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, labouring, or workshop environment (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
