Join Us as a Presales Manager:
Do you have a passion for technology and a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly? Are you eager to join a fast-paced company and play a key role in our growth? If so, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for a talented Presales Manager to be the technical bridge between our sales team and customers. You'll leverage your deep understanding of our industry and solutions to:
- Identify customer needs through technical discussions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Craft compelling technical presentations that showcase how our solutions solve customer pain points.
- Partner with sales reps throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and support during negotiations and proposals.
- Conduct post-sales briefings to ensure smooth customer onboarding and successful product implementation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and solutions to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, preferably within the MSP industry.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft technologies – Azure, Microsoft 365 – including cloud migrations, assessments, and implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including server hardware, storage, backup solutions, antivirus, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of network solutions – SDWAN, WAN, LAN, switching, routing, and firewall solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
