The Role

• This top end tour operator is seeking an experienced tour operations manager or operations assistant that is ready to step to join their team.
• You'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team to ensure on time performance and a high level of product and service is supplied to customers.
• Oversee tour coordination, fleet schedules, client experience and administration.
• In addition, you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety.
• Working closely with the company’s GM you will assist with ensuring budgets and yearly goals are met.

The Must Haves

• Previous experience in managing or assisting in leading a tour operations or tourism team
• First hand tour guiding experience.
• Be a team player and happy to jump it and help out wherever required.
• Extensive understanding of the Australian tourism market
• Flexibility to work a Mon - Sun roster
• Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Holding of a Heavy Vehicle License and H endorsement highly regarded
