Description

• Design and implement automated testing strategies
• Work closely with the development team to identify and rectify software issues
• Develop and maintain test plans and cases
• Identify and document bug reports and track resolution
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software quality
• Participate in agile development processes
• Support and maintain the testing environment
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies

Profile

A successful SDET Quality Assurance Engineer should have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience with automated testing tools and strategies
• Experience with C#, Java and SQL programming
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Canberra
