Salary: $150,000-$170,000 + Super + Incentive Scheme

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects across Sydney and Inner West. This role is suited to a qualified tradesperson who thrives in a leadership position, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Work with a leader in custom, luxury and residential new build homes and be involved in a variation of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction from planning to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and job costs to meet financial targets
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• A qualified tradesperson (carpentry, building, or similar) with experience in project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
