Location: Townsville & Surrounding Areas
Position: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Installing pavers, tiles, and stonework around residential swimming pools
• Ensuring all work meets industry standards for quality, safety, and durability
• Preparing surfaces for installation (cleaning, leveling, etc.)
• Cutting and shaping tiles/pavers as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Communicating effectively with the project manager and team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paver/tiler (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid Manual driver’s license
