We are seeking Change Manager contractors for various K2 customers in Hobart.

As a Change Manager you will be supporting change programs including:

• Developing Change Management Plans: Creating plans outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones, tailored to the specific needs of the organisation and the nature of the change.
• Conducting Impact Assessments: Assessing the impact of the proposed changes on various stakeholders, processes, and systems, identifying potential risks, challenges, and resistance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure their support and buy-in, communicating the vision, benefits, and necessity of the change to all levels of the organisation.
• Communication Planning: Developing and executing communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

You will have the following:

• Experience with CM tools and frameworks such as PROSCI and ADKAR.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• 5 + years' experience in change management.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing change strategies.
• Contracting experience as a Change Manager.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and negotiation skills.
