We currently have several contract opportunities with state government clients and are looking for dynamic, experienced, and motivated Change Managers to support projects across both the public and private sectors.
As a key driver of transformation and business growth, you will lead change initiatives within various industries, including ICT, organisational development, and process improvement.

The Roles:
We are looking for Change Managers who are adept at managing complex transformation projects in diverse sectors. We currently have open positions for the following roles:

• Organisation Change Manager
  Focused on organisational restructuring, leadership development, cultural transformation, and enhancing overall business agility.
• Process Improvement Change Manager
  Specialising in optimising business processes, implementing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation.
• ICT Change Manager
  Focused on managing IT-related transformations, including the adoption of new technologies, systems, and digital transformations to enhance business capabilities.
• Financial Management Change Manager
  Specialising in driving change within financial systems, processes, reporting, budgeting, and compliance to improve financial management across the organisation.

These roles are available across both public and private sector settings

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change Planning and Strategy:
   Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including detailed plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks and create mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   Identify and engage key stakeholders, develop tailored engagement plans, and ensure clear, ongoing communication throughout the change process.
3. Communication and Training:
   Create and execute communication plans to inform stakeholders of changes, progress, and milestones. Coordinate training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change.
4. Change Implementation:
   Oversee the successful execution of change initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed, while minimising disruption to daily operations.
5. Resistance Management:
   Identify and address resistance to change, leveraging change champions and providing targeted coaching and support to leaders and teams.
6. Evaluation and Reporting:
   Establish KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives, gather feedback from stakeholders, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record of managing change within the private or public sector, with expertise in organisational change, process improvement, financial management, or ICT transformations.
• Skills: Expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Lean, Six Sigma, or other leading frameworks.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ICT transformation, organisational restructuring, process improvement initiatives, financial systems, or other operational changes.
• Adaptability: Ability to work across diverse sectors and environments, with flexibility to adjust strategies to meet client needs.
• Leadership: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Change Management certifications (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) preferred.
• Previous experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in organisation change, process improvement, financial management, or ICT is highly desirable.
