We are currently recruiting for two roles which will lead to permanent as production employees mixing bagging and stacking product and using forklift to load product or move it to storage . A truck license would be an advantage. This position will start casual and move to permanent opportunity, reviewed after 3-month probationary period. This is an afternoon shift position, the casual afternoon shift rate including loading is $40.25.

Our client is an Australian business supplying national markets through a refined and systematic manufacturing process. They design and manufacture products for a wide range of specialist applications, leveraging years of technical knowledge and expertise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (current licence required).
• Perform manual handling tasks such as bagging and stacking small packs. (up to 25kg)
• Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending working off pick sheet.
• Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
• Support general production operations as required.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• A current Forklift Licence.
• Physical capability to handle the manual tasks required in a manufacturing environment.
• A good attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Two references and availability to start ASAP.
• Prior manufacturing or agriculture experience (advantageous but not essential).
