Resource Labour Hire is seeking skilled & experienced Labourer / Pick Packers / Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Plant in Oxley. They manufacture building products - concrete / sealant / glues

AFTERNOON SHIFT - 2pm to 10.30pm

YOU MUST HAVE A FORKLIFT TICKET - but this is not a forklift position

• Good Rates of Pay & Overtime $38ph hour casual rate plus 15% afternoon shift allowance

• 2pm to 10.30pm Monday to Friday plus overtime - sometimes there is a 4am start (please be aware when you apply you understand the job)

We Want:

Skilled Labourers / Machine Operators / Pick Packers for a Manufacturing Plant in Oxley - YOU MUST HAVE A FORKLIFT TICKET

You'll be rotating on the Pick Pack / Machine Operating / Packing & Forklift - you must be flexible and team orientated

• Supporting the machine operators - producing building materials within a plant. pick packing, loading & unloading, assembling the product and general labouring duties
• Pick Packing - work within a team on various production lines
• Preparation of new orders
• Packing & Quality Control
• Lifting
• Forklift Licence is a must to move product around the plant
• Skilled Labourer who have their own reliable transport, good communication, have PPE and present well
• Skilled Labourer that can work within a team, committed to working and wants to build a long term career.
• Skilled Labourer with common sense are most sought after and a sense of humour would be on the wish list along with the skills

This job is not for everyone as there is manual lifting, its building products so dusty environment and repetative jobs.

• Good Rates of Pay - Super, Allowances & Overtime Paid at Penalty Rates
• Afternoon Shift - $38ph plus 15% Afternoon Shift Allowance plus Super
• Overtime paid after 8 hours per day and 38 hours per week
