Club Burwood RSL Group is a large prosperous Club group with a combined growing membership of 35,000 members and 3 premises in the Burwood area. It is one of the wealthiest Club groups in NSW with net assets of $260 million, an annual turnover of approximately $60 million, 140 employees. We seek a professional Duty Manager to manage the daily operations of Club Burwood RSL (96 Shaftesbury Road, Burwood) including Catering, Bar, Events, and Gaming services.

Reporting to the group's Executive Managers, this role requires someone who can work flexible hours, working days, evenings, and weekends on a four-day working week rotating roster.

The successful applicant will be paid under the Registered and Licenced Club Award 2020 and will be eligible for quarterly performance bonuses.

Essential credentials:

• Hospitality tertiary qualifications, an accredited RSA & RCG certificate
• Supervisory or Management experience within the Club / Hospitality Industry.
• Competent computer skills. Knowledge of Ebet gaming system is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially gaming with an enthusiastic eye for detail
• Outstanding time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of security to ensure the integrity of the Club operations
• Experience and skill in resolution of conflict with both patrons & staff
• Demonstrate a high level of verbal & written communication skills
