With a strong base of strata clientele and over 450 major projects successfully completed across NSW, ACT, and SA, we are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our building and remedial services into Government, Heritage, Education and Civil Asset sectors and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team, be part of our continued success story, and to drive and lead this role.
What you will be doing:
Working together with our Director, Lead Architect and Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for the remedial building works and associated practitioner requirements.
The position will be based out of our main office in North Parramatta (NSW) and as required on site.
Your role will be versatile and will include the following,
- Ensuring compliance with the Building Practitioners Act and NCC.
- Knowledge across access, safety, concrete repair, cladding, glazing, carpentry, and other remedial works.
- Knowledge of Strata, Commercial, Heritage, Government, and other industries.
- Organize and lead building consultancy and remedial works.
- Manage tender applications, estimations and attendance at associated meetings.
- Technical and policy documentation requirements for safety, quality assurance and environment.
- Project management and leadership of site trade teams.
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively to estimate projects ranging from $300K to $10 million.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of CPR’s processes and standards.
What you need to have:
The candidate we are seeking must have the following qualifications, skills & experience,
- Current NSW Building Licence.
- Registration as a Building Practitioner (ability to work on class 2, 3 or 9c buildings).
- Driver’s license and suitable vehicle and prepared to travel as required.
- See yourself as someone of professional, honest and ethical character.
- Have a pleasant outlook, client-centric approach and be a team player who can also work independently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude with interest in solving customers problems with the best intent.

- Annual Remuneration of $110-150K + Super depending on your capability and experience.
