About the Role

As our Course Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our training programs, ensuring smooth course operations and an outstanding experience for students and tutors. This role is ideal for someone currently studying or looking to gain practical experience in events and education coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with venue and classroom setups, ensuring everything is ready for course days
  • Support event logistics, including catering and medical supply coordination
  • Help manage and update course materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Provide front desk and reception support during peak periods and staff absences
  • Assist in onboarding tutors, clinicians, and volunteers
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Events Manager to improve processes and efficiency

About You

  • Currently studying or recently completed a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Events Management, Business Administration, or Education
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn and grow in an events/education coordination role
  • Experience in event logistics or administration is a bonus but not essential
