Job Description:
Identify strategic opportunities for airport land development in collaboration with senior leadership.
Develop marketing and communication strategies to attract new business partners and tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry bodies, and commercial stakeholders.
Represent the organisation at industry events, groups, and forums.
Proactively generate and manage new business leads, reporting on progress regularly.
Lead lease negotiations, business case preparation, and collaboration with prospective tenants.
Oversee project development, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and cyber security policies and risk management frameworks.

Skills & Experience Required:
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong self-management skills.
Extensive experience in commercial property development and leasing negotiations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional approach.
Proven background in managing and delivering successful retail development projects.
A degree or relevant qualifications in property, urban planning, business, commerce, or project management.
Strong ability to identify, structure, and execute new property deals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential business applications.
Expertise in analysing property markets and development opportunities.

Desirable candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to leasing approvals, and financial analysis. They would also have a demonstrated experience in industrial and office developments.
