The Opportunity

Provider+ is at a pivotal growth stage, aiming to accelerate our market position and drive scalable revenue. We're seeking a Growth Manager ready to jump into the trenches. This isn't just about strategy; we need someone who can build, optimise, and grow a high-performance revenue engine. What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Full-Funnel Growth & Revenue Optimisation

  • Paid Search & Social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • SEO & Content Marketing (organic traffic growth, landing page optimisation)
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (HubSpot automation, lead scoring, email nurture sequences)
  • Partnership & Community Growth (referral programmes, affiliate networks, strategic collaborations)
  • Own end-to-end growth; from lead generation to conversion and retention.
  • Implement and optimise multi-channel acquisition strategies, including:
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to refine lead qualification processes, optimise the pipeline, and increase deal velocity.
  • Take full ownership of growth metrics and leave no money left on the table.

2. Hands-On Execution & Relentless Testing

  • 80% hands-on, 20% strategy for at least the first 6 months.
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and scale growth experiments across key channels and uncover new high growth channel opportunities.
  • Live in dashboards and track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Optimise ad creative, landing pages, nurture sequences, and user flows.
  • Implement lead scoring and full-funnel attribution tracking in HubSpot.

3. Performance & Business Impact

  • Diversify Lead Generation: Expand and optimise lead channels to reduce reliance on any single acquisition source.
  • Increase Qualified Leads: Boost qualified lead volume by 30% through improved targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Enhance Conversion Rates: Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates by 10% by refining nurture flows and sales handover processes.
  • Optimize CAC and LTV: Lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) through effective audience segmentation and campaign optimisation.
  • Build Scalable Growth Systems: Develop a repeatable and scalable growth framework to drive Provider+ toward $20M+ in revenue.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Manager to maintain a high-quality, sales-ready pipeline; no wasted leads.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work daily with the CEO for the first 6-12 months to drive traction, shifting to strategic check-ins over time. Align with the COO on operational priorities.
  • Management Integration: Play a key role in the Management Team (Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product) to ensure company-wide alignment.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop technical specialists, balancing high performance with managing diverse work styles.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Take a big-picture approach, weighing growth opportunities, risks, and execution.
  • Performance & Accountability: Set clear expectations, maintain high standards, and drive accountability.
  • Motivation & Culture: Build engagement and ownership, inspiring the team to push for results.
  • Trust & Transparency: Operate with integrity, ensuring strong alignment with executive leadership and the broader company.
  • Operational Optimisation: Partner with the HubSpot Specialist to refine nurture flows, tracking, and automation.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the right mix of agencies, freelancers, and contractors for execution.
