• The Group FP&A team support the CFO, wider Commercial Business and Executive Leadership
• Hybrid working arrangement and great team culture
• $155k - $160k base + super + bonus opportunity

Key responsibilities:

• Performance reporting – performance analysis and monthly management reporting
• Planning and forecasting – ownership of the planning, budgeting & forecasting process
• Decision support – strategic projects, insight development and ad-hoc analysis
• Analysis - Delivering critical insights and value adding analysis on the Group's current & future performance
• Transformation - identifying and implementing continuing process improvement

About you:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Big 4 background with 2-3 years experience in an FP&A function
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Track record of demonstrating the ability to make a difference in past roles and ability to identify, model and be a champion for growth
