Role:

Are you a high-energy, organized professional with a knack for coaching and leading teams? We're looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Scheduler & Team Leader to join our team! In this role, you'll support the scheduling of appointments, manage data loading, and provide team leadership while ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and confirm appointments with clients
• Manage and schedule calendars efficiently
• Load data into Vici Dialer and Pipedrive CRM
• Lead a team, provide coaching, and run team meetings to improve performance
• Utilise strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data
• Develop and refine objection-handling techniques and pitch strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Proven knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (specifically Vici Dialer & Pipedrive)
• Previous team leader experience with coaching skills
• Strong understanding of objection handling and pitch development
• High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
