About the Role:

We are a small family run financial planning office looking for a Junior Paraplanner or someone in a Senior Administrative Role who has experience and strong technical knowledge of financial products and industry regulations. We need someone to hit the ground running and take the reigns and provide preliminary advice to the adviser for review.

Full time in office role with potential to WFH 1 day per week or work a 4-day week. Flexible start times.
Open to Part time 30 hours per week for the right candidate.

Potential to earn quarterly Bonuses based on performance.

You will assist the Financial Advisers Day to day running of their duties. Tasks will include:

• Booking in appointments for the advisers’ clients.
• Completing Fee consent for clients
• Preparing review documents for client meetings
• Data entry into Adviser Logic, updating client files and maintaining accuracy
• Completing and lodging application forms
• Placing trades and re-weighting portfolios
• Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with insurance firms, super funds and platforms

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct research and financial modelling to support client strategies
• Ensure all advice documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and assist in managing client relationships
• Stay updated on industry changes, legislation, and financial products

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in an office environment
• Strong understanding of financial services, superannuation, insurance and investments
• Proficiency in financial planning software preferably Adviser Logic
• Relevant Qualification for Paraplanner
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player

Start date: 1st week March or flexible for right candidate.
