About This Role & What The Firm Is Looking For

Having assessed that they now need to grow the firm further, the partners feel that it is important to attract someone that can fulfil three key objectives:

• To meet the clients’ needs by developing an understanding of their individual businesses
• Provide support to the Senior Accountants & Managers
• Display a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Looking to take some “pressure” off the team, this role has been designed to attract an Accountant or Intermediate Accountant who has a “want” for a better “work/life” balance and the opportunity to take on a variety of challenging tasks.

Along with completing your typical Business Services tasks, you will also be encouraged to actively participate in weekly staff training, focus on your current studies and also get involved socially with the firm.

Targeting someone who is motivated and enthusiastic, this role may be attractive to someone who is looking for all of the systems and procedures of a large firm coupled with the friendliness, support and warmth of a medium sized professionally run practice.

You will be currently studying at Uni or have completed your studies. Mandatory is you must possess a minimum of two years in a chartered firm in Australia.

A desire to take complete “ownership” of a client’s needs is a must.
