CK Recruitment are currently working with our client, a Dry Cleaning and Garment Servicing organisation based in Campbelltown NSW

Position: Dry Cleaning and Laundry Operator
Location: Campbelltown
Employment Type: Full Time for the right Candidate
Salary: $50,000

The Role:
This is a dual-role position where you'll interact with customers at the front counter while also assisting with essential dry cleaning tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front Counter/Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assisting with garment drop-offs and pickups.
• Handling payments and providing accurate receipts.
• Answering inquiries about services, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Inspecting garments for special care instructions or damages.
• Cash Handling and operating POS System

Dry Cleaning Duties:

• Sorting garments based on fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements.
• Tagging and recording garments to ensure proper tracking.
• Operating and maintaining dry cleaning and pressing equipment (training provided).
• Spot-checking garments for stains and pre-treating when necessary.
• Ensuring garments meet high-quality standards before returning them to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Prior experience in dry cleaning, garment care, or retail/customer service is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided!
• Availability 4-6 days per week (flexible)
