In your role as Senior Estimator you will be working alongside an established Senior Scheduler on homes ranging from $1.5m to $6m in value.

About You:

This role would suit a switched on Estimator who is wanting to work on prestigious residences across metro Perth.

• 3+ years Estimating experience for a Residential builder (2 storey homes held in high regard)
• A fine eye for detail and the ability to present costings/information back to the client
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of integrity
