Business Development Manager - Glen Waverley Area

In this role you will join an existing BDM and work alongside a strong performing sales and rentals team. This position is ideal for someone in real estate with experience in either business development, sales, or property management. JOB DUTIES:
- Work Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm (after hours at your discretion)
- Chase up sales / property management leads for new rental listings
- Rental appraisals & negotiating with landlords/rental providers
- Support from a high performing sales & rentals team + an existing BDM
- NO NEED TO Manage your own portfolio of properties
- Hit your monthly targets (10-15 managements/month)

WHATS ON OFFER:
Base Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Phone + Laptop + Parking free on site + Commissions as % of letting fee and average annual management fee (on target earnings $120,000+ / annum)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- BDM / Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end, fast paced team)
- Well presented and spoken skills
- Clean car and drivers licence
