Our facilities management and property maintenance division, Maintain Property Management, provides a variety of repairs, maintenance and management options for portfolios managed by the group.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management – Oversee repairs, maintenance, and CAPEX works, ensuring all properties meet agreed standards.
2. Work with building management, supervisors and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, collaborative and professional manner ensuring a Partnered approach
3. Contractor and Consultant Management – Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers ensuring seamless service delivery.
4. Manage staff in the asset team – Effectively overseeing and scheduling internal staff and trades to maximise efficiency.
5. Maintain and develop strong connection with stakeholders including internal property managers and external owners.
6. Prepare and manage project programmes and estimates.

About You:

1. Experience in asset management, property management or construction with knowledge in facilities management
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
4. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, Business, Construction, or a related discipline.
5. Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
6. Unrestricted ability to work in Australia and ability to travel - driver’s license required.
