The Role

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers during critical moments, fostering meaningful relationships, and delivering personalized solutions that truly make a difference. There are multple contract and permanent postions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account maintenance inquiries, including updates to personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, and bank account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan application approvals, organize customer documents, and submit applications to the credit department.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high data input standards.
• Provide administrative support to relevant teams.
• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and care.

About You

• Experience: At least one year in a customer-facing role (contact centre, retail, banking, or related fields).
• Education: Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
