The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the development and creation of training materials, including eLearning content and lesson plans.

Working closely with the Instructional Designer on a high-priority project, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capabilities.

You’ll have the chance to showcase your creativity and communication skills while collaborating with a range of stakeholders.

This role offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to develop your expertise in instructional design and training delivery.

The Role

This role will focus on supporting the development and creation of engaging training materials. You will:

  • Develop courses, curricula, and training manuals that optimise learning and align with adult learning principles
  • Support the Instructional Designer by writing lesson plans and reviewing user guides
  • Create and populate a SharePoint site with training videos, user guides, and FAQs
  • Organise and structure learning materials to maximise interactivity and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and deadlines
  • Design visual, audio, and interactive learning tools, including videos, graphics, and simulations
  • Facilitate internal training sessions as required

The Ideal Person

You are a proactive and creative individual with experience in training development or a similar support role.

Ideally, you have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and are proficient in using editing software such as Articulate (Rise 360 and Storyline) or similar tools.

Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities set you apart.

You are confident in delivering face-to-face training and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for page or site creation.

Salary / Rate

  • $60/hr - $65/hr + Super
  • 6 Month labour hire contract
