Our client is a Medical Research group, based in Randwick, closely aligned to Universities and Tertiary Hospitals include the Prince of Wales.

The business is undergoing a transformation of their building operations and will be outsourcing the Facilities Management and Engineering capabilities and responsibilities. Capstone Recruitment has been requested to provide a Facilities Supervisor to manage the day to day facilities and operations for their two Office Buildings which also hold high tech equipment and research facilities, whilst they undergo a tender for outsourced services.

The role of Facilities Supervisor will include:

• Reactive & Planned Maintenance management
• Internal Customer engagement
• Provide support to the Facilities Consultant & Project Manager

The role will include considerabale variety including some hands on activity and will require someone to be available for after hours calls if required.

Your background will include:

• Demonstrated FM experience in Commercial asset environments
• Willingness to undertake Facilities Management activities
• Capability to prioritise work
