About the role

Ironspec Equipment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a casual role, providing you the flexibility to balance your work (3-5 hours per week) and personal commitments, while working from home. As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and inform marketing strategies
• Assist in Business Development tasks as required
• Work from home - either as a casual employee or sole trader - please note you will be required to meet in person from time to time including during the interview process
