We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service or Administration Representative to join a global equipment manufacturer due to business growth. In this role, you will expedite customer requests and work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams, ensuring all sales orders are delivered on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Processing sales orders, returns, and credits via SAP
• Providing quotes and assist with stock availability
• Coordinating logistics requirements for timely delivery of sales orders
• Providing administration support to customers and internal project engineers
