The Minders is Melbourne's leading property maintenance group, providing specialist services to the Commercial, Government and Owners Corporations sector.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Gardener / Groundsperson to service and manage gardens in the North West suburbs of Melbourne.

To be considered for the role, individuals MUST:

• have previous minumum 2 years experience in maintencne gardening / groundskeeping capacity and daily travel between multiple sites
• possess good communication skills in order to liaise with clients on site,
• have previous experience managing multiple work requirements and job scheduling,
• have experience with varied gardening equipment and Zero turn ride on mowers,
• be punctual, reliable and well presented,
• have experience with towing a trailer / mowers / heavy machinery,
• possess basic IT skills to receive and respond to email and complete basic reporting and job updates,
• be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team
• company vehicle, equipment and uniform provided.
• Police check and working with children will also be required (can be obtained later)

This is a full-time role with working hours 7.00am and 3.30pm (Mon-Fri) including breaks.

Salary $77K including super (subject to experience) plus company vehicle
