The position of Registered Conveyancer will be employed on a Full Time or Part Time (negotiable) basis between 30 - 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing property transactions from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, solicitors and other parties involved in property deals.
• Provide expert advice on all matters related to property law and the conveyancing process.
• Work effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
