About the Role:

• Handle residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Prepare contracts, review documents, and oversee settlements.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, banks, and real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of client service and attention to detail.

About You:

• Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of NSW property law and PEXA settlements.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with LEAP or Smokeball software is highly desirable.
