As a key member of our site operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of workers on-site
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to specifications
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with relevant regulations
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues quickly and effectively
• Mentor and guide junior workers, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements:

• Certificate 3 in Carpentry & Joinery or
• Certificate 3 in Carpentry
• Drivers License
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Supply own vehicle and tools
• Proven experience in a construction or trade-related role, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
