Techworks Electrical is a West Australian company that provides an extensive range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of Government and Private Industry. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Projects Leading Hand to join our team in the South West. Based out of Busselton, Margaret River or Dunsborough.

This is a site based role stretching from Margaret River to Dunsborough with a pipeline of work in the Region. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Electrical installation and maintenance experience
• Proficiency in data and communications work
• Ability to manage multiple tradespeople and apprentices
• Skilled in liaising with builders, clients, and consultants
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Pride in your work and presentation
• Competent in fault finding and problem-solving
• Ability to organise sub contractors and suppliers at various job stages.
• Ability to forecast labour and material resources.
• Review of onsite works against relevant programs.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold:

• Electrical Licence
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience (preferred)
• Valid C-Class WA driver’s license
• National Police Clearance
• Open cabling registration ( communications )
