About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing and promoting our range of IT services and products to potential clients. You'll work in our freshly renovated Newcastle Office, reaching out to businesses to generate leads, nurture relationships, and set up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce IT products/services.
- Identify business needs and match them with our IT solutions.
- Generate high-quality leads and set up appointments for sales team members.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings and industry trends to answer client questions confidently.
- Build and maintain a database of client interactions and sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in the IT or technology sector).
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A friendly, professional, and confident phone manner.
