Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients, including NDIS providers, property managers, strata managers, building managers, and facility managers.

old call potential clients, visit sites, and promote services using brochures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Promote our building and maintenance services, ensuring clients understand the value we offer.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in property maintenance, construction, or facility management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Familiarity with NDIS providers, property management, or facility maintenance is a plus.

Ability to work independently with flexible hour
