We are currently seeking to expand our Australian sales support team with the addition of a new team member.

About the role

• Role is responsible for managing incoming leads via phone and email.
• The primary objective of this role is to convert leads to sales or schedule follow-up appointments with senior staff.
• Additionally, the role involves providing customer service support by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service throughout their buying journey.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiating ability, and have experience in customer service.
• While familiarity with Dynamics 365/CRM is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Dynamics 365/CRM system will be used to track progress and record follow-up notes.

• This position is initially being offered on a contract/part-time basis, and entails a weekly commitment of only 3-4 days.
• Potential to progress to a contract/permanent position with an increased salary for the right candidate.
