About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Chocolate Box as a Marketing Manager. In this full-time hands on position, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth for this well-established chocolate retailer. Based in Port Melbourne, Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the company's market presence and reinforcing its reputation as a premium chocolatier.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to showcase The Chocolate Box's product range and brand positioning
- Managing and executing the company's digital marketing efforts, including website optimisation, social media, search engine marketing and email marketing
- Collaborating with the teams to identify and implement effective promotional strategies
- Analysing marketing performance data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Overseeing the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including product photography, videography and creative assets
- Building and managing relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing and communications strategy
What we're looking for
- A self-starter who is highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude and an adaptable and flexible nature
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and develop engaging and compelling marketing campaigns and content
- Strong collaborator – motivated by working in team environments
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
