Position Details:

• Type: Part-time - 4 days per week Sunday-Wednesday
• Rate: Award rate $27.17/hour + penalty rates + entitlements + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional and innovative recipes.
• Ensure high standards of quality control and consistency in all products.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of baking techniques and processes.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for creating delicious baked goods.
