About the role

This is a full-time pet grooming role at Woofman.Ground Dog Rooming' in Burwood East, Victoria. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a wide range of pet clients, ensuring their animals look and feel their best.

What you'll be doing

• Bathing, drying, brushing and trimming dogs and cats to the client's specifications
• Providing additional services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning and teeth brushing
• Ensuring all grooming equipment is clean, well-maintained and ready for use
• Providing excellent customer service and build strong relationships with pet owners
• Maintaining accurate records and client information
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to handle different breeds and sizes of dogs.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and staying calm in difficult situations.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
