This will be a standalone role, meaning you will be the subject matter expert across all aspects of the people & culture lifecycle. There is a real opportunity to re-define and enhance the employee engagement strategy and people operations framework.

About the Role

• Report directly to the COO;
• Ownership of the full people lifecycle;
• Act as an integral member of the leadership team providing oversight to business operations and opportunities;
• Business partner by identifying training needs, facilitating development plans, creating succession planning and ultimately uplifting performance capability;
• Work alongside the partner group to reshape the culture of the business;
• Provide day-to-day guidance to business leaders including coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions when required;
• Drive employee communication and engagement to create a positive and high performing work environment; and
• Analyse people trends and metrics and provide directional recommendations to drive initiatives.

About You

• 8+ years in People & Culture generalist positions;
• Demonstrated success in greenfield People & Culture environments advantageous;
• Experience within legal industry or professional services preferred;
• An ability to deliver commercial and operational people solutions; and
• Able to develop relationships and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.

This is a uniquely positioned senior P&C opportunity, responsible for both strategic direction and operational execution.
