This will be a standalone role, meaning you will be the subject matter expert across all aspects of the people & culture lifecycle. There is a real opportunity to re-define and enhance the employee engagement strategy and people operations framework.
About the Role
- Report directly to the COO;
- Ownership of the full people lifecycle;
- Act as an integral member of the leadership team providing oversight to business operations and opportunities;
- Business partner by identifying training needs, facilitating development plans, creating succession planning and ultimately uplifting performance capability;
- Work alongside the partner group to reshape the culture of the business;
- Provide day-to-day guidance to business leaders including coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions when required;
- Drive employee communication and engagement to create a positive and high performing work environment; and
- Analyse people trends and metrics and provide directional recommendations to drive initiatives.
About You
- 8+ years in People & Culture generalist positions;
- Demonstrated success in greenfield People & Culture environments advantageous;
- Experience within legal industry or professional services preferred;
- An ability to deliver commercial and operational people solutions; and
- Able to develop relationships and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
This is a uniquely positioned senior P&C opportunity, responsible for both strategic direction and operational execution.
