The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects through project relevant reports, on-site coordination, and various project controls to ensure seamless project delivery with high quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in planning and organizing projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth handover to clients upon project completion.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking and so on.
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact deadlines or budgets.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Provide updates and perform other duties as required to support the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project administrator role within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Ability to work independently, with drive and efficiency.
