The Role:

Develop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture

• Establish a comprehensive systems roadmap to transition from the current state to a desired future state, ensuring compatibility with business strategies;
• Define and regularly update a Technical Reference Model (TRM) that outlines accepted technologies and standards, incorporating a time dimension for each technology product or standard.

Work with & implement latest technologies

• Stay informed about emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organisation;
• Present opportunities offered by new technologies, demonstrating how they can support enterprise goals.

Stakeholder management

• Regularly communicate with business units to understand their needs and explore how new technologies can address these needs;
• Develop a deliberate communications plan with key messages tailored to different audiences.

Drive Organisational Change

• Use enterprise architecture to facilitate change that aligns with organisational goals, avoiding any unintentional hindrance to beneficial new technologies;
• Develop a governance plan that supports long-term architectural goals, focusing on relevant issues and providing options to address them.

Experience & Skills:

• Computer literacy;
• Communication and influencing skills;
• Enterprise Architecture experience building new capabilities;
• Change / deployment management;
• Solutions and Business Architecture;
• Experience working with exterior implementing CRM;
• Process Mapping;
• Technical understanding of the online digital space, platform/system integration, UX/CX and emerging technologies;
• Financial Services industry;
• PHI Industry Experience;
• Knowledge of PHI Act & Corporations Act; and
• Agile coaching and mentoring experience.

Qualifications:

• Enterprise Architecture (Togaf or equivalent);
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
