About the Role:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define strategy, lead implementations, and ensure seamless integration across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Provide strategic guidance on SuccessFactors modules, ensuring best-practice implementations.
• Work with business and technical teams to align HR technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors, advising stakeholders on capabilities and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect.
• Strong expertiseacross the SAP SuccessFactors suite
• Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP HR solutions.
• Experience with integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
