We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of IAM solutions within a large and complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in developing and communicating IAM architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, security requirements, and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure IAM solutions, balancing access, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Provide technical leadership in selecting and deploying IAM technologies.
• Collaborate with cyber security, IT teams, and external partners to align IAM strategy.
• Present IAM solution designs in technical forums and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay up to date with emerging IAM trends and best practices.

About You

• Experience leading IAM implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AD, Entra ID, Google Cloud Directory, Apple Directory, AWS IAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
