Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of construction material across the country. Due to internal promotion an exciting part time opportunity with the view to move to full time hours has become available for a well versed administrator at their Hartley site.
The Role
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the office, including:
- Inducting visitors to the site according to the safety plan
- Coordinating truck schedules for timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintaining and updating site data in SAP
- Resolving docket issues
- Generating invoices and ensuring timely billing
- Assisting with payroll processing

About You
- Previous experience in Administration, Payroll, Invoicing or similar
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
