About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Owned Vehicle Salesperson to join our dynamic team at JPM Motors' in Maddington, WA. This is a part-time role, offering you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Salesperson, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients find their perfect pre-owned vehicle.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Showcasing our wide range of pre-owned vehicles and matching customers with the right vehicle
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to help customers make informed decisions
• Negotiating and closing sales in a professional and ethical manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process
• Ensure a tidy and professional presentation of our vehicles

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Salesperson licence
• The ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service
