About the Role
This is a relationship-driven sales role where you’ll play a key part in growing and managing partnerships with automotive dealers. You’ll proactively identify and pursue new referral opportunities, onboard new dealers, and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a database of potential referring dealers in your region.
• Identify and pursue new referral opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Sign new dealer partners and manage referral relationships.
• Develop and maintain a regular visit and call cycle with current and prospective dealers.
• Monitor dealer referral performance, including closing ratios and arrears.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong dealer relationships.
• Maintain an organised portfolio of dealers and actively drive growth.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding company targets.
• Handle any additional duties as required.
Who You Are
• An outgoing, relationship-focused professional who can build trust with dealers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
• A strong communicator, persuasive in negotiations and able to handle objections.
• Able to think fast, work independently, and deliver high-quality results.
• Confident and customer-focused, with a passion for helping dealers succeed.
• Tech-savvy with good written communication and IT skills.
• Experience in consumer lending or the automotive industry is highly valued.
